Truckmount carpet cleaning for homes and businesses, with attention to the carpet's condition, traffic patterns, and the results you want. We discuss the job and an agreed quote before work begins.
Carpet Cleaning: scope and preparation
Your quote confirms the work included for your property. Open each section for details.
What’s included in the agreed scope
- Cleaning of the carpeted rooms or measured areas in your quote
- Assessment of traffic lanes and noticeable spots
- Discussion of furniture handling and access
- Optional carpet protection quoted separately
Optional extras to discuss
Ask about carpet protection, targeted stain or odor treatment and furniture handling.
What is not automatically included
Cleaning does not repair carpet damage or guarantee that every stain will disappear.
Our approach to carpet cleaning
We ask about the carpet, soil level, stains, and any products already applied. The cleaning approach and moisture use are matched to the job. Cleaning can remove soil, but worn fibers, permanent discoloration, and damage may remain. Wrinkles or torn areas call for repair services rather than additional cleaning.
Carpet Cleaning questions
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Drying depends on the material, cleaning required, airflow, humidity, and conditions in the building. Ask for an estimate for your specific job instead of relying on a universal drying time.
Will every stain disappear?
No. Some spots are removable soil; others involve permanent dye changes or damaged fibers. We will discuss realistic expectations.
Can you stretch or patch the carpet too?
Stretching and patching are separate services. Send photos so we can discuss the right work and sequence.
