Move-Out Cleaning
Leave a property ready for its next chapter with a move-out clean based on the rooms and tasks you need completed. We work from a clear scope, including any checklist you provide.
Move Out Cleaning: scope and preparation
Your quote confirms the work included for your property. Open each section for details.
What’s included in the agreed scope
- Agreed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Accessible floors, surfaces, and empty storage areas
- Named appliance or cabinet interiors when included
- Cleaning priorities for a landlord, buyer, or property manager
Optional extras to discuss
Name the appliance interiors, cabinet interiors and specialist floor care you want quoted.
What is not automatically included
A cleaning service does not determine whether a landlord returns a security deposit.
Our approach to move-out cleaning
Share the condition of the home and the deadline for returning keys or completing a handover. An empty property is easier to assess accurately. We discuss any remaining belongings, rubbish, heavy buildup, or carpet concerns separately so the quote reflects the actual work.
Move-Out Cleaning questions
Does a move-out clean guarantee my deposit back?
No. Deposit decisions belong to your landlord and may involve the lease, damage, and other conditions. We agree on the cleaning tasks we will perform.
Can you work from my landlord's checklist?
Share it before booking so we can review the requested work and confirm which tasks are included.
What if belongings are still inside?
Tell us what remains. Limited access can affect the work, and removal or hauling must be arranged separately.
