Our approach to post-construction cleaning
New finishes and construction residue require individual attention. Tell us which trades have finished, where dust has traveled, and what products or residues are involved. We distinguish surface cleaning from debris hauling, paint removal, vent cleaning, and other tasks that need their own scope.

Can cleaning start while construction continues?
Discuss the sequence first. Ongoing work can reintroduce dust and may mean more than one separately agreed visit is needed.
Are vents, carpets, and windows automatically included?
Only if listed in the scope. Each surface and system should be identified so the quote covers the requested work.
Can you remove all paint, adhesive, or grout haze?
Those residues require assessment. We do not promise universal removal or damage-free results without evaluating the surface and material.
