Our approach to move-in cleaning
An empty property gives access to areas that may be difficult to reach after moving day. We discuss the condition left behind, which interiors need attention, and when you expect keys and utilities to be available. If other trades are still working, timing matters so finished areas are not immediately covered with dust again.

Should cleaning happen before the movers arrive?
An empty space generally offers better access. Tell us your handover and moving schedule so we can discuss an appropriate service window.
Can you clean carpets before I move in?
Ask for carpet cleaning as a separate item. We will discuss the cleaning and drying window before furniture is placed.
Is new-construction dust part of a move-in clean?
Construction dust and residue may require a post-construction scope. Tell us if the home is newly built or recently remodeled.
