Our approach to stain removal
A visible mark may be residue, transferred color, a dye change, or physical damage. These do not respond in the same way. Send photos and describe the source and age of the mark. We choose the next step based on the surface and condition rather than promising that every stain will disappear.
Stain Removal questions
Can you guarantee removal?
No. Some marks involve permanent color changes or damage. We explain the limits before treatment.
Is bleach damage a removable stain?
Loss of color is different from surface soil. A carpet repair or patch may be worth assessing when cleaning cannot restore the appearance.
Is spot treatment included in normal cleaning?
The quote should explain routine cleaning and any separately priced treatment. Send photos of significant spots before booking.
